Breakfast for dinner tonight. I had an omelet with diced onion, diced red bell pepper, thinly sliced mushrooms, and sharp cheddar.

i had Bratwurst on a bun, potato salad and coleslaw

MMMMHMMMM Well today is Boomer Tuesday for all us seniors here in Fabulous Lincoln City where the buffet is half price What A Deal!!!!! But since I went last week and the week before and so on and so on....I'm going to be good stay home and fix a cornish hen I had hiding in my freezer but I already can hear the buffet calling out to me , here piggy piggy lol

MMMHMMM! Well I managed to stay away rom the buffet here in Fabulous Lincoln City. Had cornish hen for dinner . Tonight I am having cottage cheese with pineapple and have chicken baking in mushroom soup ahhhhhhhhhhh, not chicken again! I went to the grocery store because Monday when I was there chicken breasts were on sale, today none on sale. So found these chicken thighs in my freezer they will have to do.......................

I found a body round the corner from the hospital so I'm going to bbq that, not sure where the head is, I'm thinking it's in the head transplant thread

I succumbed to temptation yesterday and went to the casino buffet here in Fabulous Lincoln City but I was good I went to water aerobics class first then to the buffet then waited an hour and a half then on to the gym where I did my jwalk (kinda of a slow run, fast walk lol).So since I have some chicken thighs sitting in my fridge defrosting Ima going to have to cook them this evening.....maybe a salad and some red,white and bleu potato salad from the deli

Sweet potato and vegetables curry

MMMHMMMM Well when I got off work today and was leaving Salem I decided I would stop for lunch at Wendy's and get a doublestack burger, large fries and a frosty , I haven't been to Wendy's for over a year and probably haven't had fries for that long or longer. I devoured them and ate those fries so fast I didn't have time to roll them in ketchup. So when I got home to Fabulous Lincoln City I felt kind of queasy and yup I regurgitated them and what's funny is I barfed up only the fries (at least that's what it looked like) . So lesson learned no more fries for me, I think the grease got to me and no they didn't taste as good the second time..ewwwwwwwwwwwww

stir fried beef strips with peppers, onion and garlic over brown and jasmine rice mix... a little soy, sugar and hot sauce in the sauce...yummmmmmmmm

HHHHHMMMMMMMMM! Well when I got back to Fabulous Lincoln City from work I stopped at the Safeway store and bought a sirloin tip steak and some mushrooms, so I marinated the steak in liquid smoke and b-b-q rub and threw it on my George Foreman grill, sliced up the mushrooms and fried them in butter yum.......................
