Question?, what if anything could be done to protect a vulnerable work place against this kind of senseless violence?

Journalists work from home, with a green screen room, and only use cameras affixed to drones.

That's the solution to everything!

Everyone lives in a bunker compound and only interacts with the world via drones!

aye that way no one could say or do anything to offend someone
wouldnt work there would still be people that would crash your drones and start problems

simultaneously ,

1. teach from a young age how important it is to treat people with decency , whether in personal or business situations

2. build the inner self esteem from a young age by repetitive warning about those indecent people who don't care about being hurtful or insulting,,,,and along with it teaching the coping skills to use productive outlets rather than violence to COPE when things don't go as they should or as one would like them to



3. create technology for security system that actually disables any firing mechanisms within a certain area,,,many of these killings are also suicides,, these people often are clinically unstable and want to die themselves,,,,disabling their ability to harm themselves or others so easily would be helpful


,,,,,,that's my only suggestions for now,,,,
