Interesting its horrible in India but not in israel talmudic law its not a crime to have sex with child under 3. study shows over half of the children in israel have been molested. I'm sure pointing out this Fact makes me anti semitic. If u ever hear of a child rape in israel I'm sure it will say the child was 4. Which study was that? I must have missed it. |

It doesn't make you anti semitic, the consensus thinks you already are... by the majority of your posts. Please don't take the focus off of the plight of children for your own polical propaganda. Or can always bring in centuries of sex crimes committed by Muslims , against women & children. I need a link. I have been searching Talmudic law & found nothing of what you mentioned, only that ' child molestation' & ' sex with a minor' is in the law category of ' sardortal '. Prove it to me  .
So far it appears you are assuming that under 3 is considered a child, instead of an infant who may not be 'named'.. & therefore interpreting it as 'legal sex'. BTW... These laws you speak of are ancient & have little or nothing to do with Israelite Jews. And everyting to do with the influence of Rome & Persia in Italy. Guess what happens when you Google ' Talmudic Law Israel'... MUSLIM & SHARIA LAW pops up. Soooo..
