Manami,

Just a thought, but if you are sincere and truly open minded about your question, as I trust you might be, and truly what to hear people's opinions and their reasons on this topic, why do you use the prefix 'who' to pose your question?

Valid point Violeazur...I myself believe in the Big Bang Theory, not a very romantic theory but the one that makes more sense than any of the others, in my opinion anyway.

A 'who' as we understand had nothing to do with the emergence of the earth, or human beings or anything else, IMO.

Time is a man-made concept, and has nothing to do with the universal picture of which we know very little, but of which we are part. We are born and we die, and that is a phenomenom that we experience at a very personnal and individual basis. This birth and death of individuals (neo-cortex confuses us with self awareness) is a finite experience. IMO the universe(s), which we know little about, would be much more likely based on an infinite and timeless foundation. A concept we as human beings have a no access to.

So this timeless infinite universes with no beginning and no end, which is in constant flux, formed a huge (relatively speaking in human perspective) flatulence (mixture of celestial gases) and out of a 'big bang' came the earth! An insignificant timeless occurence upon an infinite and constant flux universe(s). Only humans care about the meaning of it all. But meaning is just another insignificant occurence called 'neo-cortex' which is at the source of the meaning, and the confusion it creates.

So 'who' or 'what' created the earth???

CONFUSION!!!

voileazur,

Most people who frequent a "religion" forum would probably belong to a religion. Most religions state that a god created the universe. It seems to me that the young lady was properly addressing her audience and not making an assumption. But even if she was making an assumption, I have to wonder why you seem to avoid the subject by attacking the wording of the question. You latched onto one single word and three paragraph response to that word.

Evidently romance is very subjective. I personally find the Big Bang Theory to be very romantic. flowerforyou

But then I may think of it differently than you do.

Poor Spidercmb,

I feel for you.

But what the heck, I'll play along. Resorting to stalking, you probably need the attention.

I'll sort out your complicated and illogical puzzle with this:

"... THAN WHY REFER TO GOD AS 'WHO' ???"

Now, the rules of this game is that you have to figure this question all by yourself.

And just curious! Have you also been hired as a gardian of the religious chat ?!?!? Are you going to participate in our Web meet next week???

Top on 'bl8ant' !

Neo cortex: ... huge failure!!!

The 'illusion' of 'knowing' is very dangerous indeed!

It has a lot of them 'know' that you for example, have a man's rib as original ancestor!!!

If that is not freaky, lobotomize me!!!

That button that used to be marked "Make Spider Angry" is now marked "Pray". Sorry you guys, you aren't getting a fight out of me. You were rude to the OP, her profile even says "non-religious".

Hey 'spider',

Straight from a friend, bring other modification to your mood buttons:

Re-mark the 'look for a fight' button, with 'look for a friend'!!!

REALLY!!!

Slightly confused with some of the comments made on this thread...have just read the whole thing again...cant quite work out who was being rude, why are "you guys" being accused of being rude...was something said by ESP or something, I thought the original question was being answered in an intelligent way by everyone...Perhaps we should ask the person who asked the question if she feels like we were all attacking her...I know for one I was not.

stylishdotcom,

Don't worry about it.

If you stick around, you'll get the hang of the 'spider' syndrome!!!

I call it it a gas of confusion, and it just landed around you.

Don't alarmed though, no one was rude to anyone else, and ,
... the 'spider' confusion gas is quite harmless!!!

Spider,
you should get one thing straight fairly rapid:

It is NOT the world against YOU,

it is YOU against the world.
