Do you mean to ask "how do I follow the right path that ultimately leads me to the future I want?"

Then it's pretty easy.

1. Figure out the future you want.
2. Figure out the steps that will take you there.
3. Identify the problems keeping you from those steps.
4. Take care of the problems to those steps.
5. Take the proper steps.
These can be concurrently done.


That sounds like a problem that should be worked on with a doctor, rather than internet strangers.


Figure out how it's affecting you now.
What problems it's creating.
When you know the problem, the solution is easy to figure out.

I know the feeling. I keep bumping into my old housemates. It always makes me feel emotional. We all have to move forward. Eventually.

The present IS the future...coz every second going by you're moving with it so it's a constant time machine...the present is the future

Life is a lot like a game of golf. Play each shot as it lies. Hit a shot. Walk up to the shot and hit it again. Stay in the moment.

If you say it honestly; you live "presently" in your past life; and your present today is your tomorrow's past; and again; your present is charged with your past. Your future never will be a different path in your life from your past. You are trapped in that.
