I took a frozen chicken breast, extra virgin olive oil, veggies, salt, pepper and montreal chicken seasoning, hot sauce and put it into a freezer bag. I then put the freezer bag into a pot of hot water and I'm bringing it to a low boil. I have no idea if it's going to work, but it does smell good.

You should make a Mango reduction and mix it with the hot sauce.
