I had a few but 2 of the happiest was when my first son Sean was born. I was soo proud.. soo happy. I just stared at him and said WOW!!!

The 2nd was when my son Joe came home from serving 8 years in the Marines corp. I had my heart in my throat for all of those years. It was just a huge relieve to see him come home. I was very happy.

The happiest time of my life was my childhood years, so young, carefree and innocent from all the realities of the world. I came from a big family with 8 siblings, the house was always full of noises and laughters, shouting, running, playing and fightin:smile: Almost every night when my father goes home after work he would always bring us presents or food like pizza and we will all eat together. On weekends , it's family day(sunday) we all go together to watch a movie, sometimes go to the beach , eat dinner outside , other times we play bowling. It was really fun and I missed it so much especially on christmas and new year's eve too, the house was so noisy with loud music , singing, dancing and playing games. The house is different when it is filled with many children ,and now that we are all grown ups......those days are gone ..... each of us have our own life to live and far away from each other. Our home used to be complete when all the family gather together but now very seldom that we celebrate all together  some have their own family now and others living and working away from home . If I could only turn back the time , I want to relive my happy and memorable childhood days.

lovely story.flowerforyou

and I understand. when my twin moved out and my sister and my twins girlfriend because she lived with us as well, the house just felt so empty and quiet. But we have those lovely memories we can cherish forever.

We may feel sad because we missed those events or experiences in our lives and the peole who were closed to us, but reminiscing the past brings back happy memories that stays in our hearts forever and from time to time it gives us a smile and a tear to our eyes.

Thanks for this thread Debbie , you made us walk down memory lane and gave us happy thoughts:wink: flowers flowers flowers flowerforyou flowerforyou flowerforyou

Yah, childhood memories always give me a smile:smile: especially now I'm away from my family, what keeps me strong and not feel sad or lonely are the memories of my family that I kept in my thoughts and in my heart

Thank you Debbie, I put new pics because of the thread your life in picture and since I don't know how to post a pic coz I tried but didn't work so I put it in my profile instead:smile:

Your pic there with the Black bikini, you look adorable and so innocent:wink:

same here, I always smile from childhood memories.

ha ha, I was innocent then, I was only 17. Ive changed so much since then for the better. I had 7 more years growing time due to a major medical set back in child hood. So the twins got bigger laugh laugh , and I blossomed later on in life. flowerforyou

Its is nice to see me when I was pure and innocent though. laugh laugh

Ooooh, most of us do blossom later in life, I felt like an ugly duckling when I was younger too shy with no self confidence  but I think we do outgrow our insecurities as we mature.

I don't know about your medical history Debbie but I hope and pray that you will always be in good health and just stay strong always and have FAITH:angel:

Your purity and innocence when u were a child and till now always remain in ur heart. I believe you are a free spirited woman with a positive outlook on life , regardless of the situation you are in you still manage to smile and live your life to the fullestflowerforyou   drinks be happy always Debbie and continue to touch people's lives.

1986 would be the happiest time of my life so far. In January of that year i had never been in love or been abroad. By the end of the year,i was in love, and had travelled to lots of different countries. A very happy and life changing year :)
