HOWL
When passengers on a train are attacked by a creature, they must band together in order to survive until morning. http://youtu.be/dHm8t9fCxeY |

My photobucket's acting up so I can't post posters.
|
|
|

Mine too. Edited the size before I posted it here. I never post pictures that are too large for the thread, but somehow, no matter how many times I edited the size on Photobucket, it doesn't work. Had to reload from my computer.

I'm really looking forward to Howl. It made me remember Dog Soldiers when I first saw the trailer, and Dog Soldiers is on my Top Ten list, as you well know. :)

It does look good. I still love this more recent werewolf flick:
WolfCop (2014) - After An American Werewolf In London, my favorite werewolf design. And, a great blend of horror and comedy. Trailer:http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Spd_v-d5-xs |

Three more I enjoyed from 2014:
Housebound (2014) - Female version of Disturbia, but with a twist. Trailer: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=BT1KcYiPb4I Starry Eyes (2014) - Struggling actress becomes involved in Satanism in Hollywood. Trailer:https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=2JbO0eIc3jM The Town That Dreaded Sundown (2014) - Someone is recreating the murders from the 1976 docu-drama-horror The Town That Dreaded Sundown. Fun slasher update of Charles B Pierce's 1976 film. Trailer:http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=iFnQ250vdAg |

Red, did you see the trailer I posted for The Witch? Looks like something you might like, reminds me a little of Eyes Of Fire.

Red, did you see the trailer I posted for The Witch? Looks like something you might like, reminds me a little of Eyes Of Fire. Ooooh, I liiiiike! There's just something about period horrors that I truly, truly love. I will definitely watch this. Thanks! |

It looks promising!
Did you watch The Boy? |
|
|
|
I have.
I'ts a curious little movie, isn't it? And I doubt that a lot of people will like it, as the pace is a bit slow. It's more of an acquired taste, I think. Though the ending was fabulous and if I got it correctly, what will follow next is much more different than what has already been seen. |

I thought it was excellent. One of my favorite of this year.

By the way, have you seen Marvel Zombies vs Army of Darkness?

By the way, have you seen Marvel Zombies vs Army of Darkness? I didn't know they made it into a movie, or do you mean the comic book series? I have an app on my Kindle so I can read comics. I read all of the Evil Dead/Army Of Darkness comics. Including the Marvel Zombies one. It was a lot of fun. Especially seeing all of the Marvel characters as flesheating zombies, even Howard The Duck makes an appearance. |

Cool. I will :) Speaking of short films, I remember you had me watch one a while ago, it was set in the snow, it was really creepy. I can't remember the name. |
