Honestly early in my life I may have wantedto knock the guy out, but now I'd let him have exactly what is coming to him....he could have and keep my girl because she would be out fast,

Certain states actually allow you to SUE the guy/girl sleeping with a spouse for damages. ..now I get that some couples have open relationships and this may not apply, but I dont share...(at least not without me present).

So what damages are you causing?

Divorce, division of assets, selling of homes, visitation battles, financial hardship, and a myriad of other problems. ..any claiming to 'love and want the best' for the married party they are sleeping with better actually mean that because most likely that will be the only place they feel comfortable going after I'm done

1. I'd tell all her/his friends that he/shes cheating and thats the reason I'm leaving them, if I had the info I'd tell them exactly who they are chrating with

2. I'd start selling any possessions and splitting equity evenly, houses cars etc, I don't want to fight over who gets what, I'd have a giant garage sell and keep receipts amd records and split profits equally,

And then id take my share and find a studio somewhere and wish her the best with her new founs love

And whats this you LET her, married or not you dont own the other person she or he can what ever they want like it or not and if shes feeling the need to stray then mate you aint doing your job right, as a person only strays when they are not happy.
