QUESTION: What's get longer when pulled, fits between breast, slides neatly into a hole, has choked people when used improperly, and works best when jerked? ha ha I must have a dirty mind with what im thinking 
hmmm....as it's put like that.
Well...my English is so poor that I don't know what to call it in English....THE LIQUID FROM RUNNING NOSE is the answer. It gets longer when pulled as it is sticky
Fits in chest if swallowed in 
Slides from nose holes Chokes up throat & nose if not cleaned properly And can be thrown away if jerked.
