Hello, This is my first time on a dating website ever. 10 Months ago my wife left me and two kids and we really haven't heard from her since. I think she is in Idaho. Got a lawyer and filed the papers but it is lonely and I just want to meet some people while I get through this.

i was in the same thing that you are now and no one knew where my ex wife was so i filed for my divorce and my lawyer put it in the newspaper across the states within 100 miles of where i live and after 30 days and still nothing from her, i got my divorce and full custody of my kids

Well she left me everything. The kids, dogs, cats, house.....bills, lots of bills, good lord she ran us into the ground! (did I tell you that she paid the bills for 24 years).

I live in CA that is a no fault state and I can file and if she doesn't respond within 30 then it is automatic. My kids are near adulthood so that really isn't a problem I guess. My big problem is her name is on everything jointly and I'm finding that a big problem. I just want to sell the house and other assets and make sure she gets half the debt left over.

i dont know what to say about that man, i had everything in my name only, all she could have done was have me to sale everything that we bought while we was together and give her half the money but that didnt happen to me id go and get a lawyer and see if there was a way he can get her name off of everything since she abanded yall. sorry man
