What movies are good?
My choice so far is We own the night. with the super mami Eva Mendez |
An American Patchwork Quilt
i liked Once, Austen Book Club and Shadow of the Moon...
for recent releases but Own the Night sounds promising. |
My son and i saw the previews to we own the night, he will be here next weekend, it looks really good. Also saw a preview for hitman, that looks good as well.

I don't know! I don't go to movies alone! The last movie I saw was Harry Potter 5! I don't watch previews... because I won't go anyway... so what's the point? |
i don't have any other option, but to go alone to the movies
so here is an idea - remote movie buddies. go to see the same movie at the same time in different cities and chat on the phone or online before and after.

I usually have to take my kids... which isn't a HUGE deal to me, except, when 1 has to go to the washroom, I have to pick up both of them and ALL the popcorn and soda, etc... parade out and then back in... it makes the other people angry... and I actually got evicted for being "disrupted" about a year ago.
And really... if I'm by myself... what's the point? I'll wait for the DVD. |

well yeah you can do it with DVD or on demand.
took the kids to ratatouille and we all had a great time but it was only 2 kids |
Yeah... I only have 2 of my own... but I have a son and a daughter... and my son is only 7... and in Chicago, there are weirdos, so I make him use the girls washroom and I refuse to let him out of my sight in a public place (makes him crazy, but I'd rather be safe)... daughter will be 4 soon... she's definitely stuck by me... when there isn't another set of hands... it's difficult, because they are still young.
Try going to an all you can eat buffet... juggling 3 plates and having everybody get up when you need to go for seconds... it's just a mess! |
Right now?
Whats the rush? |
mine are 3 and 5. so i hear you - about all of it.
i think the URGENCY is Eva Mendes
"3:10 Yuma" was really good. I'm still raving about it!
And I just saw Ang Lee's new movie this week, "Lust Caution". OMG, it was great!! |
I have URGENCIES for Eva Mendez ofcourse.
Yeah... that's how I am about Harry Potter .
(Daniel Radcliff) <-----Big 'Ol DOrk.... |
I don't like theaters..I'd rather curl up on the couch so,...sorry i don't know but, i'm sure in the mood for some Braum Strokers <3
