It changes the status quo and offers risk. Either of which induces a fear response. Sometimes you just have to take a chance no matter what the outcome is.
IMO the problem with that is people can easily tell themselves they are taking a bigger chance than they actually are. And in many cases they are confessing to a truth they were dishonest about up until that point and now feel they "have" to express. |

Sometimes you just have to take a chance no matter what the outcome is. fear? no, i see it as more like common sense... if a woman is out of your league, then thats pretty much all their is to it... i don't fear a 22 year old, i don't want a 22 year old, to much work and kids don't have a lot of sense to begin with... maybe some fear, but not me... if shes close to what i want or in my league, then there is a chance.... |

Fear of rejection is huge to some people. I think the timing should be right though. Just because you are ready for love or to declare your love, that does not mean the other person is at that place too. |
