But the area is also a factor. I would have to like it. If I met a wonderful woman who wanted me to relocate to Detroit... well, that's not happening. |

Would you relocate for the right man or woman if you found each oter here on Mingle? I wouldn't for the right man, but I might for the right woman..

Done it once. It didn't take. I am still a true believer. Once I figure out how to make Belgium (or something) work, I will leap in a heartbeat! I suggest you come on over a little more and figure if you really like Belgium....    
6 month here 6 month in Spain or Cali...:-) that would be perfect !!!
Ya know????? I'll take the advice, and although location is secondary to company that split year plan sounds like a bonus to absolute heaven!!!!

If I met a wonderful woman who wanted me to relocate to Detroit... well, that's not happening. Hey now! There are fantastic suburbs outside of D-Town...  But Detroit does have the Joe, Comerica Park, Ford Field...just sayin'...
As for me, I guess I would just have to wait and see. I have kind of relocated in the past and am still kind of paying for that stupid decision. |

Yes, I would do it. I really have nothing to hold me here. But at the same time, It would also depend on where she is in the world. That's why I'm careful who I talk to. I think American women are beautiful. But I am also attracted to Asian women. I just can't see me going that far, like, the Philippines. I think a lot of the women there are beautiful too. I just ain't goin that far. 
I rethought my last post. I guess you can say I answered without thinking about it first. You know, truth be told, I find it hard to travel 20 miles to meet someone. I've been doing the online dating thing for a long time. I've met a few good folks. But when I really stop and think about it, With what I've already seen before I became a moderator. And then after, I've gotten to the place to where I just don't really want to travel that far. I don't know, Maybe I'm tired of wearing out my truck and wasting gas for something that is most likely not going to pan out. Again, being honest, I've had rotten luck. Sometimes I swear I am a "crazy chick" magnet. |

I am not that emotionally invested where I live but I do like the climate and I would probably really have to spend some serious time with someone before I would go through the agony/expense of moving all my stuff any distance. Somewhere closer to my kids would be tempting if it were the right person for me to start with.
