Is it better for your ex to get along great with your ex or for them to be fighting. Please pick one or the other don't sit on the fence because of course it would be great if the exes were civil and there was no drama, that's easy answer but that's not even the question.

Good grief. It's come to this now, the exes getting along.
How many exes do you have? I may start a new topic. Luckily, I've never been married so no ex-hubby for me. And I plan to remain married when I finally find my true love. |

Have you watched the movie "The Other Woman" ? |

your topic is confusing.....if i have 2 ex's or 10 ex's....what difference does it make whether they get along with each other ??
now if i have children with any or all of them...then i would hope they could be civil with each other....i guess...idk.. |

I have always been civil to the EX when ever I have been in their presence I also have to say it has not been my habit to engage in them. Unless there was children involved.

I only have 2 ex-boyfriends...and they simply DO NOT MATTER TO ME ANY LONGER!
I am a widow, so Imma guessin that He doesn't care about my exes. |

I get along with *most* of my exes.
But, I really have no desire to hang out with, and rehash the past. |

That depends.... if your ex is a psycho it changes everything.
You cant have normal interactions, let alone wanting to introduce them to a future mate. |

Do you mean to ask "is it better if your ex get's along with your current partner/spouse/gf/bf, or for them to be fighting?" Because I don't think I'd care if two of my ex's got along or fought. They're both ex's. Their relationship with each other has nothing to do with me. I live in a completely different state than all my ex's. If you mean ex and current then I don't know. What type of guy am I in this scenario? Am I the polyandrous type? Am I the guy who wears only a speedo around the house, has a waterbed with silk sheets, buys my lube at costco, and believes 3 ways and hot tubs are the ultimate expression of love? Do I have any confidence in myself, meaning I actually break up with ex's rather than string them along and play the "just friends" games needing constant reassurance that I mean something to someone and am desirable? Do I have kids with my ex? Is there a reason I'm still in a relationship with my ex? If I am in a relationship with my ex, even "just friends," then they really aren't my ex...our relationship has just changed boundaries, arbitrarily. Please pick one or the other don't sit on the fence because of course it would be great if the exes were civil and there was no drama, that's easy answer but that's not even the question.
Huh? The options to pick are either they're civil or don't get along...but picking them as civil is the wrong answer and not to this question? And if that's not even the question....why not just type the question you actually want to ask? |
