Organic Greek yogurt salad dressing.
1 cup of organic Greek yogurt. 1 cup of organic cream cheese. 1 cup of grated Parmesan cheese. 1/4 cup of lemon juice. 1/4 cup of red wine vinegar. 2 tablespoons of freshly cut dill. Three cloves of garlic chopped finely. 2 teaspoons of lemon zest. 1 tablespoon of Mrs. Dash. Put all this in a blender on high add pinch of sea salt and fresh ground pepper about a quarter to half a teaspoon. If too thick you can add equal amounts of lemon juice and vinegar. Sometimes I use white balsamic vinegar instead of red wine vinegar. |

Sounds good, i've tried it with a different method using italian dressing too but not as much cheese
