It just pisses me off so bad!! Yet he calls and laughs w/ them and pretneds to be this great man in their eyes. In the mean time, I work like 50 hrs a week and struggle to make sure they get everything they need emotionally and material.....

And I am just focking tired of it!!

have them tell him when they need clothes & shoes or what ever.
so then he isn't handing you $$

He is court ordered to pay 550 per month plus 65% of daycare which runs me just under $1000 per month and 65% of medical which I pay about 150/ month for their insurance....

But all of his jobs are under the table and he doesn't file his taxes so .....they don't enforce it.

Hate to say this but don't expect much from him....or get the girls to ask him for new shoes or clothes or whatever....

And the ****ty part is that I am an educated woman....I have a great job. But still I struggle because he can't hold up to his end of the deal......

Oh girl just be patient......mine didn't pay for over 10 yrs for the same reasons you just said. He made the mistake of seeling a house and they nabbed him for all that he owed. I got an unexpected check that about knocked me over since I had no idea it was coming. I called just to make sure they didn't make a mistake. I gave 1/4 to each kid and bought myself a red camaro w/ a pioneer stereo and a boise sound system. Baby I can thump now! You will get yours and he will get his! Keep fighting it. In the end you will win!

my ex only ordered to pay 400/month plus 1/2 uncovered medical expense and i only get 125/month from him because he has
a job the pay 7 something an hour.

I know Gypsy....this has been going on for three and a half yrs.....It just sometimes catches up with me and I need to vent.
I hope so creations......not so much for the money as just to see Karma give him a ***** slap that he will never forget!

You can vent to us anytime fresh!!! We all know what youre going through and get this......my drug addict ex won't work because the FMEP family maintenance enforcement program will get him and take him for everything.......so he sits on welfare and buys drugs and hasnt seen my son in years.

About 2 yrs ago. my boss got a child support garnishment on my wage because Chris had gone to the Washington State Health and Welfare and "claimed" that he had the girls and was receiving full benifits for them. I had to provide proof that they had been with me the whole time!
