theres palm trees in some places here , they are not native but will grow here , my dad had one he used to tuck in for the winter every year he had a giant box and burlap he would tuck it in all nice till spring..there was bamboo in my parents yard too , that stuff grows like weeds...

My house would look so much more interesting with palm trees and an ocean next to it.

Atleast you don't have to cut three acres of grass like me. Although I sit on a tractor so I guess it's not so bad.

sigh , my house will be more interesting when summer returns,
my poor flowers , soon I will have nothing to feed our pet caterpillars , they better coccon up pretty quick,,,,,, awwwwwww

3 acres of trees, 3 acres of farm land, no mowing neccesary
 make sure you get enough livestock to keep it down you're good to go......i wish i hada farm

Winter must be on its way here then cause if you have snow on the mountains, that usually means we will get nailed about a month later. Which I suppose is about right anyway seeing as October is almost over. Sheesh this year went by too quick. I can actually watch myself getting older.

I have sand in my zen garden , and the landlord just lets most of the yard go wild with daisys and morning glorys and if any where does need a mow , he does it or on of the other neighbors buzzes through on their ride-a-mower |

awwww wabbit, don't worry, it's not you, it's the evil wabbits that are eating my tree. Ya know, the ones with the red eyes that tell me to get off my lawn or they will bite me.
