Well ummmm it's a privately owned site. Has it's own laws. The 1st amendment doesn't apply on private sites Plus if you post a topic, members are free to answer ________________________________ I don't think Canada is protected by OUR 1st Amendment .  :
But you are right the site is privately owned with it's own rules & guide lines And users/ members can (within reason), reply as the want. But I do agree with with the OP, that too often posters assmme, the OP is referring to themselves when it may just be a " topic for discussion ", for whatever reason. And quite often stray from the question or topic & just assume the OP is saying or referring to something else... & judgments are made. Woo hoo! My 3rd I am right. Btw all caps are considered shouting. yes I selected what I liked. and it was intimate encounter....does that mean looking for a cougar or sugar daddy/momma? and why would anyone say oh all your post is about sex? if the site does not want people to discuss sex, they may as well remove intimate encounter from their list of choices.
