Happy Monday, I posted this in another thread but here it is....
it has become painfully obvious, in order for me to win this i must take off work tomorrow. While this is unfortunate, and somewhat a shame, I feel it in my best interest to follow my judgement. I'm sure there will be concerns with my employer, This stems from issues of company vehicles, and fuel. Of which i have not been afforded. It is also regrettable and unfortunate, That my boss shall have to give up his leisurely activities of sitting in a tree with a bow and arrow attempting to asassinate animals for personal gratification. Since i am the only employee licensed to perform the duties of which he never has to even bother with, the responsibility now rolls over to him, the business owner. While this is somewhat awkward, I feel that hands on experience will be beneficial to him. i am truly sorry for any inconvenience this may cause, however, there are extenuating circumstances of which i have simply tired of.
In short, I'm laying out tomorrow...lol.

And i did, and he called, I simply said...."i quit" and hung up the phone. So, instead of him going hunting in the morning, he will be doing my job. Thats just the way i roll lol...i will post the letter i left him. I do apologize, but he's had this coming for a long time. I think when you read it, you will see why.

I'm sorry preacher, but your inability to appreciate your employees, has superseded my patience. I have tired of attending to your business. It is not my job to find my paycheck on Fridays, It is not my job to coordinate your business dealings and use up my personal cell phone minutes. It is not my place to buy fuel for jobs that are further than 30 miles away, you afford your brother a company truck...and pay his gas. You can do the same for me. Since i am the only licensed employee you have, I find it odd that i am the first to be laid off in the winter months, while i realize it is more important for you to spend the winter months killing animals, it is also your responsibility to bid jobs. Going fifteen miles out of my way to see about your business is not considered "run around there and see what we need" I think it's time for you to analyze yourself as a Christian, and an ordained minister, and a family man, and businessman, and ask yourself one question, "am i truly a good and decent man who is thoughtful of others?" When you can answer that question honestly, then you may ask me to come back. If you cannot or will not see this, then do not ever call me again. I detest liars, and basically if you deny one thing i've said here, then you sir are in fact a liar and moreover you have no place calling yourself a minister. To press this further , Larry has been with you for twelve years, his name is not dog, It's Larry, and yes he is black, he is not a "n" word bleeped here. and to call him such is nothing near Christian. It is degrading and you of all people should know better. Minister? um, excuse me?
When you can resolve yourself to take a look into your own life, and the way you treat people, I might listen to you. bear in mind that buying a few hundred dollars worth of toys at Christmas time, does not buy your way into heaven. You may dismiss all or part of what i have said here. That is of course your prerogative, however, in truth you know this. I will add further, that matching wits with me will not work. You are simply not equipped. You do not have the skills required to be a minister, and you do not possess the skills to debate me.
