I heard it's not safe...especially for tourists Ya mustve heard wrong. Wherever you go, there is always that probability of entering an unsafe and fluke situation. But as long as you're a responsible tourist, there shouldnt be problems. That applies to everywhere you go. However, i wouldn't advise any tourist to attempt driving in metro manila. That would not be safe for both tourist and local.
