that's not what the movie was about his pleasure didn't come from harming her at all, it just came from being in control in fact, the only 'beating' was some swats on her behind that she ASKED for (literally) and had control to stop Well now we know that you like the guys who put their hands oh you. that's fine, some males are more 'delicate' lovers but there is a way to be in control without 'striking' anyone people make the false assumption that the movie is about the latter, (striking females) , they assume its about the S and M(the part that involves hurting another) when its actually about the B and D (the part that involves being given control over another , with their consent)

op I agree it was disappointing ... but besides that I got angry ... at the part where he broke the rules of his stupid game by taking her to meet his parents ... that gave her more of a since that he did love her ... since he had never done that before with any other women ... by the time that movie was over ... i might have been cursing him up and down the wall lol but then they both played their characters very well to get me drawn in by that... but I will not watch the second when it comes out ... damn man did not know how to follow his own contract lol
