I don't know if it's 'real' or not; could be something Big Pharma dreamt up. There's a condition known as Seasonal Affective Disorder.
I lean toward it being real. I'm a summer sunshine nut. When it starts getting cooler, I get sadder - almost by the day. That may have more to do with my temperature preferences, though. It can't get too hot or humid for me and anything below 70 degrees F. makes me twitch. |

I despise the heat and extreme temperatures and also the noise in my neighborhood increases exponentially with too many people and children being out. I like the cool, quiet and peace of the winter months.

I always advise clients to purchase cheap daylight lights to put in their homes and sit under them for about 10 minutes 3x a min daily... If a person can get outside daily in the winter for at least 20 minutes a day it helps ward off the depression and then towards winter in crease that and the so called Cabin fever is often abated to a tolerable level. |

Sure. For tons of reasons. Lack of vitamin D due to less sunlight. Your body burning too much calories to keep warm, or move around in heavy clothes, since it prefers to preserve energy. You're socially trained to idealize freedom and you might be stuck inside like a prison. Your hormone levels change seasonally. More time spent in doors possibly bored and self reflecting all the bad things you've done in the last year. So many more things. Its summertime & my brains frying
Are you on drugs? I think I saw a commercial about this. This is your brain. egg. This is your brain on drugs. FRYING EGG! |

So levels are much higher in summer than winter i guess that would be your excuse to get undressed often in summer |
