getting a bone marrow aspiration tomorrow, super nervous cuz I've never had a operation done before.

Good luck mate though you will be fine, I have had major chest operations, I have a pacemaker fitted and nearly killed myself through alcohol abuse. stay positive!!

When you are nervous or anxious: Take a deep breath into the belly Then blow all the air out slowly until you can't blow any more out, then blow out some more out hehe then take another deep breath into your belly. Works for me every time. I'm sure you will be fine. Best wishes

when you are nervous, try to be calm. you have to be steady enough to takeover nervousness. nervousness lets a person down. if you are steady, you will be up and wonderful.
