Topic: That creepy guy, who lives in the same road as you.......... | |
---|---|
He never leaves you alone. He is a pest. Do you have one where you live? I'm not talking the average kind if creepy. I mean WAY creepy. You HAVE to embarrass him & make a screen, hopefully a LOUD in front of as many people as possible. " Call him out" Psychologicaly this will slow him down & he will avoid you.. because you KNOW. . Yeah I thought that advice was a bad call too.. Predators want any easy target. So my point is...don't be one. And he will move on to another. Women "pretending" they don't know what is going on, makes her a target. The worst thing she can do is " be nice" or" act like she doesn't notice". What do animals/ predators do? Look for the weak, the young the old, the sick, the wounded. the solitarily.... and ones not paying attention. NOT the ones that would or fight back. |

I had to think about all the creepy men in my building. I counted 3 regulars so far. I found out that one of them is a sex offender but it happened 20 years ago. They all stare at me. I kept getting into a confrontation with another one because he lived on my floor. He would open his door any time I took out the trash or I would wait by the elevators. He claimed he was waiting for a friend. Any time someone would pass by his apt., he would peek out. And he was always home, day or night!!! It drove me nuts so I told him to stop harassing people. I complained to the manager and the manager told me he knew about him and that he was "out of his mind", to use his words. I believe he finally moved out. The worst part is I have a sneaking suspicion that he snapped a photo of me when I ran into him in the lobby. He pretended he was taking a selfie and pointed the camera at me and clicked. Ewwwwww. Why? Why?

Why? Why? Neighbors & Landlords are the worst!! It is like they are marking territory! I swear they would p*ss a circle around you if they could. In my building, if I have to talk on the phone, I actually go into the bathroom. I even put a shelf table in there. The guy next door was clocking me & listening through my door. |

like the kind of guy who takes his un-leashed cat for walks around the neighborhood? and gives it commands like its a dog while the cat just runs away from him and stares at him. and everytime he sees you he stops you to gives you his cats life story/medical history everytime he sees you.

Holy BatChit people.... do you really live in neighborhoods that you have to carry pepperspray?? Self Defense classes??
Man taking cat for walks with out leash... If someone was listening to my calls there would be a stalking order coming out I think I am glad I live up here in Alaska.. My little world seems tame compared to yours... |

I don't 'have' to carry pepper spray.
But... It comes in handy, for keeping the dirty hippies away. |

IDK I pay no mind to those who even marginally creep me out...I got a look about me when I need it and those type don;t dare pester me (if they have an ounce of self preservation, that is ) lol this issue has not been a problem for me ever in all my life |

We use to have one guy who walked the street day and night talking to power poles. He was creepy. He's the first guy I ever saw that could carry on a full conversation with a power pole.

not a guy but we have a creepy woman in our street.her whole house is boarded up with bars on windows and doors.the old neighbour next door went away and when she came bk this woman had painted her whole driveway white.she walks down the road with about 10 layers of clothes on and stops u to talk about how her brain keeps pulsing.she also went away on holiday and didn't get anyone to take care of her budgie so obviously it died poor thing.when she got back she was running down the street with its cage trying to get a new bird to go in it.

I don't think I have a creepy person in my neighborhood... that is. no one that really stands out..... but hang on let me just run outside in my underwear and check... I'll be right back.....
... nope no one creepy outside... .... I did however find a dead bird.. I'm just going to wrap it up in tin foil.. and then put it in a plastic bag.. and put it in my deep freeze.... on the hope that someday... scientist will be able to bring it back to life.... |
