Zucchini Pizza. There's now round zucchini. Totally awesome. Also made a batch of baked stuffed (spinach, bacon bits, onion, garlic and cream cheese) zucchini topped with panko and parmesan cheese. Froze those for the winter.

I was going to have Head Cheese Haggis with Tripe and Mung Beans with a Side Order of Frogs Legs, Snails and Blood Sausage but after much deliberation I had Toast instead.

Ooooh, I love frogs legs cooked in vinegar and garlic! Head cheese haggis and tripe I've tasted before. We cook it in a different way, and remains a favorite. Blood sausage, I have seen it made on tv, but we cook blood in a different way too. Here at home, it's more of a soup than a sausage. :)
