Had a large body below the head.lol
So obviously wanted to diet and become slim. Avoided all junk foods, concentrated on veggies, and a lot of exercise... BUT fortune was never in my way. During exercise broke my knee and was send to whole 3 weeks complete bed rest. NOW no exercise not even able to walk.. And my body, waiting for a chance, have started to grow in size like before.. What can I do??? Has anyone suggest!!! Please...!!!!

cut out all processed foods. no bread. eat lots of meat, fish, vegtables, fruit. avoid anything artificial. drink some fruit smoothies. avoid GMO food if possible. if you cant pronounce the ingredients in your food, dont eat it.

Glad to hear about ur thought on physical fitness, if ur on complete bed rest then don't worry eat healthy and lean foods like fish, red meat, eggs white and also some veggies and fruits eat low fat foods which will help u in recovery and provide u energy without that useless calories and if u can do cardio then it will be awesome to make ur physice more leaner.
