I’ve been cursed since I was born.
To walk this earth alone.
No matter how hard I try.
The love always fades and dies.
In futile hope, like ash and smoke.
I try to hold it but the wind blows it away.
Disappointed every time, misunderstood with good intentions.
It’s not my day, not in love, today.
Nobody’s ever on the same page as me.
It’s my destiny, to live this way.
Heart in a barbed wire cage.
Cold winds erase my tears.
Never again will I feel this way.
Never again.

always at the wrong place and time.
I never seem to find the right one for me.
looking for signs that disappear and reappear.
it's confusing and maddening.
Hope floats and falls.
like crystal balls, falling and shattering.
but through a door, a light shines.
an unfolding new journey.
visons of horizons and valleys below.
a passion thats burning.
for a person, in a dream long ago.
That i haven't been able to find.
but some way, someday I will.
