What does user account deactivated mean?

It means that someone has shut down their account on the site

It means their account has been closed.

What does user account deactivated mean? They are gone...but they could come back at any time...

It means they're gone.

It means the account has been deactivated either due to they did it on their own or they were deactivated by Admin due to rules. Either way we never discuss why they are no longer here.. If they did it on their own they have a choice to come back if they want to. If Admin did it, it means they are no longer a member of this site. And can not come back. Site Mod Kristi
