300 g fusili pasta
1 liter water 1 tbsp oil 1 tbsp salt cook al dente... set aside... 1 Tbsp pre-made pesto (basil, olive oil, salt, garlic, pine nuts optional) 2 cloves garlic minced 1 medium onion diced 3-4 pieces Spanish style sardines 1 tbsp mayonnaise 1/2 to 1 tbsp Parmesan cheese 1/2 tbsp capers 1 tbsp sliced olives italian herb seasoning/pepper use oil from spanish sardines to sautee onions and garlic turn heat low, add pasta and other ingredients. mix . eat. |

chicken chowder
1 1/2 liters premade chicken or turkey stock+water 2 skinless, chicken breast fillet, cubed 1 large carrot, peeled and cubed 1 large potato, peeled and cubed 1 large onion, diced 1/2 can cream of corn 2-3 strips of bacon, sliced 500ml all purpose cream 1 Tbsp flour, dissolved in water 1 Tbsp cornstarch, dissolved in water 1/8 cup quickmelt cheese 1/2 Tbsp butter pepper, salt, dried italian herbs to taste boil broth, add carrot, potato and onion, simmer 5-7 minutes add chicken, bacon, cream corn, dissolved flour and cornstarch, simmer and stir for 3 minutes add all purpose cream, quickmelt cheese,and spices. simmer and stir in butter. eat. |
