whatever truth there is to any of this...and I don;t feel like trying assess that, it more likely has to do with border control, and control of criminal activity by border jumpers, cartels.....and so on, (rather than a wider paranoid agenda)thankfully. It is a BIG deal, NOT just paranoia!

And before anyone spouts off about it, the law was NEVER changed! They just want you to believe it was.

From and after the passage of this act it shall not be lawful to employ any part of the Army of the United States, as a posse comitatus, or otherwise, for the purpose of executing the laws, except in such cases and under such circumstances as such employment of said force may be expressly authorized by the Constitution or by act of Congress ; and no money appropriated by this act shall be used to pay any of the expenses incurred in the employment of any troops in violation of this section and any person willfully violating the provisions of this section shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor and on conviction thereof shall be punished by fine not exceeding ten thousand dollars or imprisonment not exceeding two years or by both such fine and imprisonment[6]

And that's just one section of it!

A Governor can call up the reserves or state militia in times of need but the Armed Forces of the US CAN NOT BE USED FOR CIVIL LAW ENFORCEMENT! The ONLY exception is when a state of war is declared or martial law is put into force.

But what can you expect from a people who thinks it's OK for our govt to spy on every part of our daily lives..... using the excuse they have "nothing to hide" for not caring about their liberties enough to make a stand and doing nothing about it!

It's NOT part of the Patriot Act. It was an act of Congress becoming law.

The Posse Comitatus Act is a United States federal law (18 U.S.C. § 1385, original at 20 Stat. 152) signed on June 18, 1878 by President Rutherford B. Hayes. The purpose of the act - in concert with the Insurrection Act of 1807 -is to limit the powers of the federal government in using its military personnel to act as domestic law enforcement personnel. It was passed as an amendment to an army appropriation bill following the end of Reconstruction, and was subsequently updated in 1956 and 1981.

They try to tell us the Patriot Act nullified the law, but laws aren't that easy to nullify if they are an act of congress. So despite what they say, the law still stands, and Armed Forces of the USA on civilian streets, enforcing laws, is absolutely forbidden in peace time.

Video just surfaced of troops training on the streets of California as well. This has to be a violation of Posse Comitatus.

This video when put into the context of Jade Helm, mysterious Walmart closings, the Elite buying up bug-out properties, the New York FED moving operations to Chicago and the re-opening of Cheyenne Mountain to survive an EMP attack... Something severe has to be on the horizon.

JP Morgan/Chase have recently sent their customers with "larger" savings accounts letters warning of a "nearing" financial collapse and "suggesting" alternative savings options. My good friend just got one!

It's not uncommon that they offer "alternative" savings options to customers (with higher fees attached of course), but never do they mention "a coming financial collapse"!

Call me crazy (I've been called worse ) but I firmly believe the govt has simply been too "active" lately, not even trying to hide their "more frequent" drills and other such events, their increased violations of our 4th amendment rights, spying, monitoring our internet usage in public domains (of course this has been known since Snowden revealed it, but getting even worse) and the use of drones in the skies over US cities while still allowing our borders to remain basically "open".

At best, it's a waste of taxpayer $$$ and a violation of the Posse Comitatus Act. At worst....... I dread the thought of the possibilities.

An election year approaches, banks are actually warning of a coming financial collapse, OBlowme is opening relations with Cuba and Iran, lifting sanctions, and taking them and others off the "terror watch list", and the liberals have no viable candidate to put forward......
