I always wanted to be the owner of a fireworks factory...

I have never been a 9-5er kind of gal although I have had my share of those. I have had many, many diverse entreprenurial pursuits over the years starting by selling Regal when I was 11.

My favorite one was making and selling cat beds and toys for 5 years. I sold wholesale and retail over the web and at local markets. I had over 50 shops I supplied and the 1st year I made 1000 beds myself(plus toys!). This was while I had a full time job and 3 kids at home. Where the heck did all that energy go...??! I still have many supplies and sometimes think about doing it again and selling them on Etsy.

Right now I have a 9-5 job 2 1/2 days a week and work the rest of the time at 3 other self employed pursuits. Never a dull moment.

But what I would really like to do is live on a float home and paint...wait I think that is called retirement.

I thought about opening a retail furniture chain of stores, and calling it Sofa King.

The radio advertising alone, will be quite catchy.

"When it's a great product, it's Sofa King great

I've owned and operated two businesses simultaneously, one was a floral shop and the other a landscaping business. I've sold both of them!

Good job Kristi! I'm former Law Endorcement so I'm a natural investigator but won't get into PI. I plan to enjoy the rest of my life and that won't do it for me! Lol

.. you must have a beautiful yard.. .. of course you do lol...now you actually have the time to spend in it.

I've always wanted to have my own beauty salon....hair, makeup, nails, esthetics and massage....the whole experience.

.. you should make them and sell them on eBay.. or wherever online..
. the pet industry is huge...

..... people spend more on their pet then they do on themselves, in some cases...
... and then you can get your house boat... name it the kitty cat shack..lol

I have much more than that! I have left a mark for others to enjoy also and that makes my life worthwhile! And there is nothing sexual about it! Imagine that, if you can!

well they're waiting to be seated in your restaurant..... you could give them a makeover as well.... .... call it the fongdo house of noodles....... perhaps angel hair pasta house..

or maybe have my own food truck.......but they are kind of seasonal here....

...lol.. yes it must be nice for you to drive by.... homes an propertys that you have... design and landscape.... to see those once young saplings.. growing up shooting upward into the sky growing into fine mighty oak trees.... the tulip beds... those neat little rows.. of budding flowers...mmm..

The most joy derived from my businesses were the delivery of flowers to those who were not expecting them....the tears in their eyes, the surprise in their faces, the shear appreciativeness of those who had lost someone near and dear to them ! That was and is the greatest joy! I will never forget the look on their faces nor the tears in their eyes! That is and will remain the utmost human loving experience! Maybe not important to some people, but to me it was!!
