I soooo love hockey..!!...My hometown has a little team and I try to go to every game...everything about the game just captures me...perhaps some people don't like the fighting, but personally I enjoy a good fight out there..when they throw down their gloves and get into it...the way the crowd goes wild...yupper...them hockey players amaze me...

I agree and I like the way the game is right now. The new rule changes curtailed fighting but did not eliminate it, and in the playoffs fighting is pretty close to over because ever since they widened the rink and made room for the skilled European players the power play can kill you because the scoring is up. the rink is still the same size!!! what they did do is change how far out the blue lines are. Plus they have stiffened the rules on faceoffs! |
