WV past the law for carrying guns ... this was the story I heard first hear say ...
with no permits an can be concealed ... I know where a hunting state and don't believe you can not have a permits to hunt may have to still get that ... but concealed with no back ground cks no learning how to use a gun ... an all they said was these $ permits help the police department for funding ... we had a law you can carry but is not concealed ...so now we have both... know wonder they call it almost heaven lmao how would you feel about this law passing in your state ... and those states that has already passed this law ...how is that working for them ... I looked at the polling for our state and most are happy about it passing ... makes me feel unsafe and I should go out an get a gun to protect my self now and carry ... everywhere I go ... because I will take a guess that may be how some people are going to feel ... or is this a ploy to be able to get those that do carry weapons and be able to take them away from them ... with any excuse the laws can come up with ... http://www.statejournal.com/story/21575435/gun-ordinance-uniformity-bill-passes-wv-house |

Given the wilderness of Alaska,
it's an okay law. Very few problems with it. Regs state, that at any contact with law enforcement, you have to tell the cop that you're ccw, and where the weapon is located. |

I understand about living in the wild in a sense ...
like being around wild animals ... I have been surprised by bears and have chaste bobcats away ... with no weapons ... and they where close to the house ... but if I was to go on one of our large hills or mountains ... I would go with something that would protected me ... to many things up there that would eat a person just because... but having that kind of protection is good ... I am talking well lets to to stores and lets go in schools and lets go into bars lets go into churches ... and carry a gun ... that makes me uncomfortable maybe because I would feel defenseless...lets go hunting I most certainly understand when legal ... |

I would hope that is how it would work for the better not worse but as far as feeling uncomfortable ...I still will feel defenseless in public settings... and I am not sure would that go for our courthouses also ...
