Ok, lately i have been a bit depressed and I have apperently lost about 60 pounds since september 2005. That reminds me I need to get a new photo.

honestly don't talk about your weight. THINK POSITIVE! or just send firedragon76 some questions about diabetes. she IS my ex wife.she is a TYPE 1 DIABETIC. she MIGHT be able to help you cope with this and diabetes.
