Hmmm. You say so many scammers. I have not run into any. NO lady I have written has asked for money. Also, I have not encountered any nut jobs...

Asking someone if they use an IM messaging app on their phone isn't always a scam. When conversation starts flowing, I suggest using kik messenger IF someone already has the app. I find using an IM app on my phone quicker and easier than logging onto the site and it sill avoids someone you don't end up clicking with having your phone number.

What raises red flags for me is guys contacting me who clearly live way too far( different states or counties) to actually be able to have a relationship, let alone meet and spend quality time together.I usually suspect these guys to be scammers or picture collectors..esp when they want your phone one message after saying hello.

So far I have had 4 different men try to scam me in the last week. When ask where they live it does not match up to their profile. They are all the same pity story about how their wife died and left them with a child to raise. One claim he was in the Army and first he said he was one rank then he claim other rank. then he said he was station at one base then other, then he tells me he's out of the country and wanted me to send 250 to his CO so we can talk on his radio phone while he's out of the country as soon as he did that all the red flags came up and he got angry when I called him on it. Other Guy told me live in Orange County CA and he's working out of state but when I put his name in Facebook search he had three profiles he saying he lives in different states. The other two about same thing kept changing their stories. The big red flag for me is when they tell me they love me after one or two chats. Oh come on be real...Men do not fall in love that easy.

If you feel you are running into those that are fake then please report them through the system that is in place.

Below your e-mail's on the right hand side you will see Report Abuse/Spam click on that link and follow the instructions for Admin to check out the user. Please do not post in the forums names of other members due to we do have a report system to use.

Once you have reported them, it will ask you if you want to block that member I would advise to block them as well.

With that said the forums are not for reporting scammers due to we have a Report System in place. Therefore this thread is being locked down.
