strange looking Sausage-Dog!

All of my animals over the years have been rescues the hardest time I had was with a litter of feral kittens two turned into housecats no problem the other two remained feral but tamer. The only way I could find homes for them was to spay neuter & give them their shots & declaw them. I hated to part with them but I was recently widowed still working & they brought the head count up to ten animals, I didn't have the time to care for all of them. The latest boyfriend recently told me it was him or the animals because he wants to travel. I explained that it was really nice knowing him good bye, now he has changed his mind

I've never had an animal that wasn't rescued from some form of abuse or neglect. Sitting here right now with my grandsons kitten. Poor child. He found the kitten under the house. Someone threw it out in the snow and cold a week ago. When the kitten heard him call it came out of hiding and ran straight to him. They took the baby into the house and allowed him to keep him inside. He had wanted one for so long. The next day the sniffles came. Full blown asthma attacks for three days. They brought it to me. Next day not a thing wrong and sad cause he can't have his cat back till spring when it will be kept in the barn.

Can furless cats be kept in homes by asthmatics.

I used to be until I got a vet bill for 1,000.00 in a week for my cat!

I rescued a beautiful yellow lab ten years ago and it was the smartest thing I ever did, sometimes I wonder who rescued who?

I was trying to read the word "DOG" from right to left & the result left me pondering, as to "who" has been rescuing "whom"? :-)

I have taken in a few stray yrs ago from cats to dogs ... and now I share a few dogs with my neighbors and can not imagine being with out them ... I love them all ... an I love all animals ... so that is probably good ...
