Curious to know if anyone has a catfish story? If so, tell it here! |

Yup, but it was before Skype was available....woman had used 10 year old photos for profile. Learned a Lil from that experience.

I get hit on by scammers 5 to 8 times a day, and you can usually spot em from their first message.. I did give my mobile number to the wrong woman once, who had fake pics.. She turned out to be a stalker, so I threatened her with the police, and she stopped leaving me nasty text messages..

Hi everyone, Curious to know if anyone has a catfish story? If so, tell it here! Yes, started on another site when he was using a friends profile complete with pics and description because he had been banned...Followed me from site to site...bought my personal information.....stalked me for over two years....It was pure HELL and a valuable lesson learned the hard way...  .

Ask me for my cellphone number and its yours, ask me for my email then you can K M A . I will then text for awhile but then its (talk time)! Like it or not i hate Texting,it hurts!!! Then if they refuse to talk"they are gone" they are scammers not able to afford this or there may be a Man not Woman on there? Cells are easily blocked ! Easy as that!! Jmo

yes... but this site easier to tell in their first message ... another site got me good but not for long he pretended to be in the military...
an becouse I had friend in the military before ...so I gave him the benefit of the doubt ... excepted him on my messenger once on... I started to figure him out ... so then deleted him asap and blocked him in the site ... |

I'm sticking to the forms, I am convinced everyone who isn't here that emails me is catfishing, cynical and sad after only two weeks but oh well. You guys are more entertaining anyway.

Hey what are some of the signs and how to spot a scammer? And catfish what in the world is that and how do you know?
Catfish is when the person you're talking to is pretending to be someone else. |

The Best thing to do is get off these sites all together as you can tell who is attached/Hard up...Get a life, Live life and just let things happen, You can lead a horse to water but you can't make em drink!
