I'm still a bit stuck with the Japanese garden bit. It's not that big, mind you. I'm stuck because in the back where it is located, are some 3 really beautiful large bushes that I don't really want (I didn't want them they were there when I moved in). And they're in the way, lol. So I'm still trying to figure out whether I'm gonna go with the flow and leave them there or ask my neighbour to come over with his chainsaw and be done with 'em..
If I decide to leave them where they are, I will have to move two bamboos.
On the other side of this section, the garden can get really really wet during fall and winter, think swamp-like, lol, so it's difficult to choose plants that go with a Japanese garden AND don't mind wet feet.

The beginning:

Not entirely finished, but as good as. My cat loves to sleep on the Yang section, woodchips.

As for leaving the body, I'm not keen on that ... Not sure if I do during my visualizations & travels.. I've understood you can also semi get out of your body.
I have been out of my body a few times though, during workshops, and occasionally happened when I was meditating. I was not amused (read panicking  ). I so NOT like that, and if does happen, and you get scared, you don't come back gently either. It's SMACK and you're in your body again, very unpleasant experience!
These days I can handle it when it happens, don't totally panic anymore, but I still don't like it.
You can travel with your lightbody, not nearly as freaky, cos you don't leave your body like you do with astral traveling. Yet you can go wherever you want, visit ppl hundreds of kilometers away, or other dimensions.
Don't ask me to explain, I can't  Technique I was shown by a medium.

Huge....applaud you for undertaking this concept and waiting for when it is finished. Seen some of your works so, I am sure this will be superb, Crystal!

Yeah...travelling out of body should not be attempted unless you are quite sure you can handle and disciplined enough to return. Imagine if you can't find your way back, or have problems getting back in.... my friend was sitting there for 1 hour one time, and 2 hours the next. After that, my 'shi fu' told her not to try it again.

As for me, the few occasions I was in really deep....and like you described sort of 'lightbody'..... I felt like I was sometimes in the deep woods, at a cliffside, high up in the hills or mountains.... in the shade, spring water gushing nearby .....colors of every shade. I didn't feel like waking up then.....and wanted to go on indefinitely.
