Agreed because the cops ain't killing off white kids. A white kid go nuts in a denver movie house an kill an shoot up to 50 humans. Hes taken in alive fact.

Right, police are killing black youths because they are CRIMINALS COMMITTING CRIMES then resist arrest or try to kill others. Do you really believe that white police want to kill blacks? Or is that all that you see is race?

While at why not just separate towns / cities / states into ethnic- cultural districts. Each can tax their own to pay for that separate policing after all eventually each will say "Why should I pay for their police?". Have armed checkpoints between each to prevent cross-over crime (be sure to have all your papers ready when going to work and to leave at least an hour earlier in case of a line-up). Also to speed other emergency services will require fire / ambulance/ hospital for each district (those nasty taxes going up now).

Remember to throw this out the window while at it....

Will also want a good supply of body bags per district since separating people based on ethic / cultural lines with separate policing won't do much to alleviate the situation.

many people are racist against their own because they develop a sense of superiority or entitlement because of whatever reason they think make them better or more deserving.
having one group police itself exclusively might lead to more or worse police brutality. it just might be less likely to be noticed because it is a homogeneous group.
it would be much harder to report it or fight it because many would be able to claim it wasn't racism because it's your own people.
