You are carved into my skin Forever to be unto me Ingrained in my deepest memory Since time began and the world was born You have been carved into my skin Forever to be unto me When the earth heaves And the mountains tremble When the wind sighs And the skies cry Deeper you are driven Into this flesh born of angelic means Carved forever into my skin And we breathe as one Whole and pure One heart beats One skin And heaven sighs Tears of joy the angels do cry
