I traveled as a chemical operator to several places and I loved it. I worked along the east coast and loved being out on the road, seeing new places.

11 cents a gallon! Wow. I remember when it around 70 cents or so for a while (around the mid 80's I think).
Yeah, it was a full service station. Haven't seen one of those in a while. And the loot, I'm not tellin! |

The job I got to really enjoy was not related to what I chose as a career. I chose law enforcement as a career but I really liked making commercials for a radio station! Really encouraged my creative nature! Especially when I wasn't the designated person on the radio team to fill this responsibility! I really enjoyed it!
On a further note I also had my own floral shop! There was something extremely fulfilling in bringing a smile to someone's face during special days! Very rewarding experience which I shall never forget! |

Being a model for a tourism TV commercial (18 then)....I was not the main act, but as the main model did not swim and they required someone to dive and emerge from the water fall pool, I was roped in! I had to dive so many times to get a good shot....not easy, but it was fun and being paid made it double fun!
But love my current job....accounting! LOL...some people say it is 'dead' boring! |
