Lightning


The world seems to be mesmerized
by how this stranger dances
it’s as if her soul
moves
in and out of the rain’s dark persistence
as her body gracefully interprets life

Each move
she makes
each turn
twirl
and sway
captures the attention of the near and far
as she were the center of the world’s imagination
it is so hard to believe
something could be so beautiful
even in the midst of the storm’s moment in time
yet there she was
a strikingly dangerous flash of perfect brilliance

..What a cool way to describe lightning..

Thanksssss . . . actually this is actually about my girlfriend. She's a hot head to the umpteenth degree yet at the same time she is remarkably beautiful. One of her son's recently passed away yet she has somehow managed to still be there for everyone while struggling with dealing with his death. Like I said she is something else. No matter how bad the rain pours she somehow manages to dance within it's rhythm often times giving me a reason to smile.

Well I think that is beautiful and she gives you a reason to smile...Awesome...
