      1 pkg. frozen crawfish tails (thaw, drain, and chop; can use shrimp, crabmeat or all three)
 
  4 tablespoons of butter 1 large sweet onion chopped 1 bellpepper chopped 5 cloves of garlic minced 2 tablespoons chopped parsley 2 tablespoons of Tony's Creole seasoning 1 1/2 lb Velvetta cubed 1 pkg pistol rolls Saute onion and bellpepper in butter. Add seasonings and crawfish. Stir well for 2 to 3 minutes on low heat. Add cheese. Stir untill melted. Deep fry rolls, split or cut end and hollow out; stuff with mixture. Can be served as a appetizer or as a meal...Enjoy friends!!!!  |

      Ms Teddybear....yes, Tony's is a seasoning....it is in the season aisle..it is in a green container...not sure where you are from, it may not be available there...it is a southern/cajun thing....good luck finding it

      Oldbay seasoning would probably work if you cant find Tony's ?
