Hummm this leads to some interesting thoughts.

Next time you are in an accident call the NRA.

Don't ever seek treatment from a doctor carrying a gun.

Most gun owners are law abiding citizens.

When you seek medical attention, you are already not in the best shape and doctors are human. They make mistakes. They are required to make split second decisions under a great deal of stress with a limited amount of information. Under those circumstances it is a wonder that they don't make more mistakes.

Quite frankly it is not an accurate comparrison, and before someone goes off on me Iam a gun owner, but the statistics are distorted. All the gun owner has to do to lower the statistics is to act responsibly where firearms are concerned. They are not required to make life and death medical decisions. If I am in an accident my chances of survival are better with treatment from the world's worst doctor than with the world's best gun owner.

i do not recall anything being mentioned about the

doctors nor the gun owner did it on purpose here

it sounds like a statistic to me

if it is an accident it is an accident

regardless of who does it

just because yer trying to help someone (which is a good thing

it does not mean you can not have an accident [make a mistake]

an honest mistake happens in all walks of life)

does that mean someone should not try to help

because they may get sued

or should the fact of money changing hands change the

way society should look at it

and if a gun owner has an accident why should they be held

more responsible than the doctor

is not an accident an accident regardless of who has it

THANK GOD!!! That the quack didn't open her up & remove her kidney that had 3 pts of blood in it at the time..
Thank God, We could then get her to a differnt hosp. where they just went in & put pellets in the vain & saved that kidney that works better that the other...
