This is a summer chicken casserole that is really tasty!!
My dad loves it :)

2 cups cooked chicken - or more - I cut mine in 2 inch pieces
1 - 8oz. Carton of sour cream
1/2 onion, chopped
1 tsp. Chili powder
1/2 tsp. Salt
1/2 tsp. Pepper
1/2 tsp. Garlic powder
1/2 cup grated chedder cheese
1/2 cup grated mozzarella cheese
med. size bag of Doritos, crushed


Grease or spray a 2-quart casserole dish. Cover bottom of the dish with half of the crushed Doritos. Mix all other ingredients, except cheese and place on Doritos. Put remainder of crushed Doritos on top of this. Add cheese on top. Ready to bake :) back a 350 degrees for 30 - 40 mins.
