I get what you're saying, Vocalist. There's just a reciprocity and promptness that needs to happen with emails.

However, not everyone writes well NOR do they always interpret the content the way it was intended.

I think that if someone is "real" the online posting should move to phone calls and/or meeting in person right away, even if it's just platonic. If a person is serious about wanting to meet friends/bf/marriage partner, then you gotta "get real" at some point and stop hiding behind emails and IMs. The sooner the better because most people don't realize how "attached" they think they can get when they exchange emails, and often times that "attachment" is just something in their mind and not based on anything "real" at all.

It's not chasing,I've just seen so many inconsiderate people online. If you start a repore with some via E-mail. then reply, don't leave them hanging for weeks then pop back with an excuse. To me those people aren't worth the time of day.
