Ive never had a boyfriend in other country my first boyfriend died and it was 5 years ago
Now theres one person asked me to be his gf, he is in the other country, we had this 3500 miles away to each other

I was kinda wondering, is LDR really works?

I've seen it fail more often than it works. But it does work. Sometimes. Uaually there are many other factors involved.

Would depend person to person. Some can, some can't. Best of luck to you both :)

You know what !not to be negative..
.. but if you can't find somebody local to you.. then you simply are not looking hard enough.. personally I don't think God !or whoever..!!...
.. would put your potential mate!! that far away from you.... it does not make sense...

LDR's can work but are really hard, my advice is to make sure there is a goal to achieve so you both eventually come together otherwise its really just a friendship! Also from someone who has been there be very careful people aren't always who they seem! Take care and I hope it all works out if you decide to go down this route:)

Yup it works only as long as it works for the common goal of you 2 getting together and staying.

Technically it could work if youre not greedy and want to feel real arms around you, real hugs and real kisses from real lips, real breathing in bed next to you every night, and real sparkle from pair of real eyes. If you're fine with not having any of it, LDR-s are working for you.

And if you're not sure of getting together, do not demand celibacy from your significant other. Being true is paramount in real relationships or LDR-s that actually progress, but demanding celibacy from your LDR to who you never promised to go to and be there for him, thats just animal cruelty.
