talking and laughing over breakfast
visiting an elderly friend and being enveloped in a warm embrace the laughter and giggles of happy children and barks of my dog all playing tag with each other ending the day with a happy phone call life is good 
and it just got even better when I found some chocolate chip cookies tucked away in the cupboard. yummy
