Made this for a Church potluck, went over well. Hope you like it.

1/2 lb. ground beef
1/2 lb. pork sauceage
1 medium green pepper
2 cups hot cooked spagettie noodles (about 4 oz. uncooked)
1 can (16 oz.) Chinese vegtables drained
1 can (10 3/4 oz.) condensed cream of shrimp soup
1 can (8 oz.) water chesnuts drained and sliced
1 can (4 1/2 oz.) mushroom stems and pieces drained
1/2 cup water
1 small onion finely chopped (about 1/4 cup)
1 tsp salt (optional)
3/4 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese (about 3 oz.)

Heat oven to 375 degrees.
Cook and stir ground beef and pork sauceage until light brown, drain.
Slice 3 rings from green pepper, reserve rings for garnish.
Chop remaining green pepper up.

Stir chopped green pepper and remaining ingrediants except cheese- into meat. Pour into ungreased 2-quart casserole dish.
Sprinkle with cheese. Bake uncovered 30 minutes.
Top with green pepper rings, bake 5 minutes more.

Makes 6 servings.

1 lb. ground beef can be subsituted for the pork sauceage and beef mixture if you wish.

Doesn't sound bad, I don't like green peppers, but I might give it a try
